RAIKU, the startup that transforms 1 truck of recycled wood into 20 trucks of sustainable packaging

Everything we buy comes in a package, which leads to the wraps and protection of our products becoming the reason for over 40% of the world’s plastic waste. To combat this, RAIKU, an Estonian company, created sustainable packaging made out of thin strips of wood. We wanted to find out more, so we contacted Karl Pärtel, one of the cofounders of the company.
