From soft fabrics to solid walls: FabBRICK, the startup that transforms textile waste into bricks

Clarisse Merlet was studying Arts and Architecture when she noticed that the construction industry has a high degree of pollution. She decided to find a way to build differently, especially by using the waste from plastic and cardboard. Then she saw the opportunity of combining the waste from the fashion industry with the production of new construction materials. FabBRICK was born as a diploma project and evolved into a full-fledged startup.
