According to Electrive, this is the price for the base model of the car, which is powered by a 600 HP electric motor system and a 112kWh battery, which should offer 600 kilometers of range.

Company officials also confirmed that, through fast charging, the car can go from 10 to 80% in just 20 minutes.

What's nice is that even the base model enjoys things like air suspension, a four-zone automatic climate control and Lidar technology.

The upgraded model, called the Eletre S, comes at around 113.000 euros and packs some extra nice to have features, such as privacy windows, soft door close and a 23 speaker system instead of the 15 speaker system found on the base model.

For about 135.000 euros, the Eletre R offers the highest performance out of all vehicles, thanks to the electric motor that is able to deliver over 900 HP, although this reduces range to 490 kilometers.

Matt Windle, managing director of Lotus Cars, said that "two-seater sports cars are not for everyone, and we want to offer a Lotus for every stage of your life. The Eletre is the start of that."
