Bridgestone awarded 35 mln. USD for a sustainable rubber production

Japanese tire manufacturer Bridgestone was recently awarded a 35 million USD climate-oriented grant by the US Department of Agriculture so that the company can invest in the desert shrub guayule, a plant that is used for the production of natural rubber.
