Canada invests 100 mn USD in a company that captures industrial CO2 emissions

Officials of Canada's government recently announced an investment of up to 100 million USD in carbon capture and removal technology company Svante through Canada's Growth Fund (CGF), supporting the development of the technologies that can help heavy industries in Canada and the US lower their carbon output.
