The bricks that the company makes, called ByBlocks, are made with the use of steam-based compacting method that, according to the startup's website "does not require any chemicals, additives, adhesives or fillers."

According to Futurism, the plastic bricks are so tough that are considered to be "construction-grade and indestructible".

Heidi Kujawa, ByFusion CEO, said that his company will cooperate with the Hefty trash bag company's EnergyBag recycling program to give the community in Boise, Idaho access to the plastic bricks.

The partnership promises to turn 72 tons of unrecyclable plastic from the local landfill into construction bricks and the companies already built a bench in one of the city's parks, with more structures on their way.
