The digital marketing and communication agency IdeologIQ enlarges its number of services through the launch of CentrIQ – a new division focusing on sustainability strategies, ESG and organizational transformation.
CentrIQ introduces on the Romanian market unique analysis and progress tools aiming to support both companies that are already carrying out strategic sustainability initiatives but confront new pressures in the transformation process and for the companies that have not yet started the mandatory processes related to sustainability activities.
The agency offers solutions in strategic sustainability advisory, ESG and organizational transformation, evaluation tools for organizational and functional auditing, corporate social and integrated reporting services, corporate branding and sustainable products branding, training, business simulations and expertise coaching.
CentrIQ team is led by Andreea Nicolae, founder of Green Marketing Advisory. Her integrated multidisciplinary experience, the practice of over 20 years in sustainability applied systematically in marketing and communication in the heavy industry are the foundation for the swiftly delivered services, accurately agreed upon and within the given deadlines.
“The work process of CentrIQ is founded on a series of truths – not always the very comfortable ones. A first truth is that over 50,000 companies in Europe and about 6,000 of companies on the local market come under the new norms established by UE in its Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The topic is more complex than the mere reporting process and largely overcomes the sphere of greening. Organizational transformation is needed as well as adaptation, integration of new practices in current operating frameworks and innovation through new business models too. There is also the pressure of deadlines to which, naturally, most opose and resist. We are here to take over most of these tasks. We developed proficient tools, we know how to turn risks into opportunities, we know how to implement innovative and digitalized processes”, stated Andreea Nicolae, Managing Partner, CentrIQ.
CentrIQ team is multidisciplinary, has multiple competences and valuable experiences, they offer end-to-end solutions and introduce new and revised business models, based on circular economy and net-zero approach with a capacity to generate new consumer habits and partnership models based on collaborative experience – all focused on reality and transparency. The team portfolio is a compte-rendu of achievements in almost all industries and local and regional expertise areas.
“CentrIQ is an organic result following our customers’ need for advice in developing new ESG strategies, in reporting processes or in evaluating and measuring their impact. We also see that ESG criteria are more and more prominent in the strategic decision making, in the investment processes, in mergers and acquisitions. Companies will double their investment in ESG and sustainability by 2030, with the highest growth estimated to take place in Europe. With CentrIQ, we reinforce our position at both local and regional level, with the medium and long term objective of becoming a key partner in strategic advisory in Central and Eastern Europe, ready to deliver a 360 range of services in our industry”, said Adrian Ichim, Founder and Partner of IdeologIQ.
