Microsoft's commitment to remove 8 million tons of CO2 with the help of nature

BTG Pactual Timberland Investment Group (TIG) and Microsoft recently signed a large-scale, long-term agreement to use nature-based technologies for carbon removal purposes. Through the agreement, Microsoft purchased 8 million tons worth-of carbon credits, which will be delivered by BTG through 2043.
