Canada to invest up to $1 bn for a cleaner oil and gas national industry

Canada’s government-backed Canada Growth Fund (CGF) recently created a new strategic partnership with oil and gas producer Strathcona Resources to co-invest 730 million USD in order to develop carbon capture technologies for the company's oil sands facilities.
