As per Android Police, who cites Winfuture, leaked images of the Fairbuds XL in green and black started to appear on the internet, as Fairphone has yet to announce the ANC-capable headphones.

Fairphone is known for its sustainable and repairable smartphones, such as the Fairphone 4 and we recently talked to a company representative to find out more about the process that sits behind making Earth-friendly technology.

According to the leaked information, the Fairbuds XL could have the same easy-to-repair feature set as the Dutch manufacturer's phones. Interestingly, Fairphone apparently chose to use the same recycled plastic on the cups of the Fairbuds XL as it uses on the Fairphone 4's back.

Winfuture also believes that the repairable nature of the Fairbuds XL could indicate that the battery could be swappable, while the headphones could come with some sort of ANC.

Physical buttons could allow for volume control and media buttons, while the USB-C port for charging is visible at the bottom of the headphones.

With an expected price tag of 250 euros, the Fairbuds XL could bring good value for money, depending on how good the sound quality is and how strong the ANC mode is, as well.
