As per ESG Today, 2019 founded Greenly is a Paris-based startup that provides solutions which enable companies to monitor, report and reduce their emissions. The company's Climate Suite solution allows customers to set a budget for decarbonization, as well as to establish emissions-reduction strategies in line with scientific initiatives, such as the SBTi.

Alexis Normand, CEO and co-founder of Greenly, said that "Greenly’s goal is to enable businesses to navigate more swiftly into a new era, where long-term value is synonymous with sustainable growth. We’re here to simplify carbon management, making it a fundamental aspect of every organization’s core practices. Our focus extends beyond regulatory compliance; we’re fostering a profound transformation towards sustainability within corporate cultures."

Company officials claim that the recent investment comes in a moment when carbon accounting is "poised for massive adoption", driven by recent regulations from the EU and beyond.

Fidelity International Strategic Ventures led the 52 million USD financing round, which saw participation from Move Capital and Hewlett Packard Enterprises.
